Project preparation

Team Leader Migration, Integration, interfaces:

•  Functional definitions and extraction process techniques, data conversion and migration for each implementation phase, proposing to the Bank the best methodology of performing data cleansing, training instructors, sheets, parameters, equivalences, etc. and proposing policies of migration facing special cases, etc.

•  Functional definitions and techniques about the various scenarios of coexistence

•  Functional definitions and techniques about the architecture of the interfaces proposed for the interrelationships between the current legacies using the SAP core

•  Direct supervision of migration technician team, coexistence and interrelationship team and Netweaver developer team (factory).

SAP architecture team:

I integrated a team responsible of assembling architectures of current systems, defining architecture of coexistence and SAP-based validation of final proposal.

Project performing

Team Leader Migration, Integration, interfaces :

Planning management of the developments to be carried out by factory, the bank legacies and the external suppliers legacies.

Analyses of functional specifications of all developments required by each modulo to be validated according to each pre-defined scheme.

Reviewing and managing changes through BBP observations carried out by client and change committee.

Monitoring and coordinating activation, migration and integration developments.

1992-1995 Organization and Methodological management: accomplishing the normative schemes and the procedures to be carried out by various of the bank sectors, on all operations.

1995-1996 Procedure Manual division Chief: Designing and developing the procedure manuals of the several bank operations and the entity organizational manual.

1997 - Acquisition of BICA Bank, migration to sytem Jerónimo
1997 - Acquisition of Mendoza Bank, migration to sytem Jerónimo
1998 - Acquisition of Israelita de Córdoba Bank, migration to sytem Jerónimo
1999 - Acquisition of Almafuerte Bank, migration to sytem Jerónimo
2007 - Merger Suquía Bank with Macro Bank: migration of system Jerónimo to system Cobis and functional adaptation of processes.
